We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for driving sales in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented approach
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred
