About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for driving sales in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented approach
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred
