Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – IMC will support the IMC Manager in executing integrated marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment with global brand principals. This role plays a critical part in coordinating campaigns, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Servicing
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, and strategy) to deliver campaign assets as per client expectations.
- Prepare and present campaign updates, performance reports, and insights to clients on a regular basis.
Brand Principal Coordination
- Work closely with brand principals to ensure all campaigns adhere to global brand guidelines.
- Support the approval process for creative assets, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Assist the IMC Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with brand principal stakeholders.
- Provide detailed updates to principals on campaign progress and performance metrics.
Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated execution across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication across all touchpoints.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Provide actionable insights to support campaign planning and improve marketing effectiveness.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage campaign documentation, schedules, and meeting agendas.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, campaign reports, and presentations for brand principals.
- Track campaign KPIs and maintain detailed performance records for analysis.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant marketing tools.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within an agency environment.
