Job Description for Steel Structure Site Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Production Manager in implementing project management requirements.

2. Effectively communicate with on-site frontline workers or relevant personnel from the general contractor.

3. Possess basic blueprint reading skills and be proficient in using common software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

4. Maintain good physical fitness, demonstrate a hard-working spirit, and be willing to work night shifts. Individuals with severe acrophobia are not suitable for this position.

5. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in both Chinese and English, as the project involves a significant number of Chinese workers and management staff.
