One of the Prestigious Semi Government Entity is searching for Emirati Talent Acquisition Officer for their Corporate Head office. Emirati is preferred.

Job location is Sharjah

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-quality candidates for various positions

Manage the development, maintenance and implementation of all recruitment related processes such as sourcing applications using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing,; conducting interviews, issuing offers, etc. to ensure uniformity in the quality and selection of candidates.

Develop and manage the implementation of selection and recruitment tools, techniques and methodologies, and ensure support is provided to the hiring managers on assessing potential candidates in order to acquire the required talent

QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience with academic industry preferred experience.
