Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise quality control and review activities across clinical operations.
• Oversee implementation of clinical, utilization, and medical documentation review processes.
• Support national and international accreditation readiness and compliance.
• Promote a culture of person-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality tools and best practices.
• Act as a representative for SGH with accreditation bodies and excellence awards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in healthcare quality or administration (preferred).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in quality review or clinical audit functions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
