About the job:
The Psychologist delivers mental health and wellness services within health events. This role integrates clinical expertise with strategic event engagement to provide interactive, therapeutic, and awareness-based experiences. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the psychologist promotes mental well-being, builds brand credibility, and supports the seamless integration of clients into the hospital’s psychological care system.
1. Event Planning & Coordination Participate in the planning and delivery of mental health and well-being components in corporate and community health events. Ensure that psychological wellness activities align with the hospital’s mission to promote mental health awareness, prevention, and early intervention. Collaborate with different departments to design event activities that meet the emotional and psychological wellness needs of different clients / organizations. Assist in tailoring stress management programs, burnout screening, and educational sessions specific to workplace mental health challenges or related topics
2. Team Collaboration & Support Work collaboratively with medical and non-medical teams during events to ensure seamless integration of mental health services. Actively support the team in managing participants with psychological needs, providing professional guidance when necessary. Contribute to creating a supportive, confidential, and respectful environment during health events.
3. Mental Wellness Enhancement & Innovation Help design interactive stations focused on various aspects of mental health, promoting awareness, early intervention, and participant engagement. Provide on-site individualbrief education sessions, mental health screenings, and wellness talks that educate employees on different mental health topics.
4. Reporting & Documentation Record observations, feedback, and general trends from psychological services provided during events. Support the preparation of post-event summaries and mental health-related outcomes for internal reporting and service development. Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of all mental health data collected during events.
5. Client Journey Support & Follow-Up Ensure that individuals identified as needing further support are properly referred to the hospital’s mental health department. Work with coordinators to facilitate timely booking of follow-up appointments and maintain communication when necessary. Provide a bridge between event-based interaction and long-term psychological care within the hospital.
7. Resource & Content Management Assist in the preparation and distribution of mental health educational materials and toolkits. Maintain and oversee the use of psychological tools, surveys, and wellness-related handouts during events.
8. General Responsibilities • Stay updated on best practices in workplace mental health and psychological interventions. Maintain adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality in all counseling interactions. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer. Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, integrity, and respectful behavior in all interactions and business activities.
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical or counseling settings, with a demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of psychological concern
– Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
