Hiring: Procurement Officer – Medisal Pharma (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

As a proud United Arab Emirates company based in Abu Dhabi, Medisal Pharma is dedicated to excellence in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical products. To support our operations, we are looking to hire a skilled Procurement Officer to strengthen our supply chain and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and services.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, and finance departments for smooth procurement workflows.
• Ensure compliance with EDE/DoH/UAE regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical procurement.
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop alternative supplier options to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and optimize procurement costs.
• Support audits, documentation, and reporting related to procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE procurement processes and supplier networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/Zoho systems is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License

Salary Range

2,500 – 3,500 AED per month, (Based on Qualification and Experience)
