📍 UAE, Northern Emirates

Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C is looking for a Pre-Approval Officer (OP) to join our Operations team.
This role is hospital-based and plays a critical part in ensuring timely pre-authorization.


🔹 Role Highlights:

Handling OPD pre-approvals.
Checking patient eligibility and insurance coverage.
Coordinating with doctors, nurses, coders, and insurance providers.
Submitting approvals through DHPO / Riayati and payer portals.
Following up on pending, denied, or appealed cases
Maintaining accurate records and KPI tracking


🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Knowledge of insurance pre-authorization protocols.
Medical coding or billing knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work shifts (Male preferred due to rotational night shifts).
