Role Overview

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who will be the main point of contact for our patients. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in dental and aesthetic clinics and strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across phone WhatsApp and in person

• Book manage and confirm appointments for dental and aesthetic treatments

• Guide patients on available treatments and services

• Coordinate schedules between doctors therapists and patients

• Follow up with patients before and after appointments

• Support the front desk and daily clinic operations

• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment logs

• Ensure a smooth and professional patient journey from first contact to visit completion

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental or aesthetic clinic is required

• Good understanding of dental and aesthetic treatments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable handling patient inquiries and treatment coordination

• Well organized and able to manage multiple schedules

• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus

• Professional appearance and patient focused attitude
