Ontime Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive for our Homecare division. This role is critical in ensuring our homecare operations run smoothly and effectively while providing high-quality care services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Homecare services
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in service delivery
  • Oversee staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and scheduling of homecare professionals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure continuous service quality
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team adheres to evolving regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations management, specifically in homecare
  • In-depth knowledge of homecare operations and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office and relevant healthcare software
