About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nephrology Consultant to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation and medical oversight for home hemodialysis patients
Conduct in-home visits or remote evaluations as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to design individualized treatment plans
Ensure compliance with DOH/HAAD guidelines and uphold the highest patient safety standards
