(DERMATOLOGY/AESTHETIC CLINICS)
We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the dermatology or aesthetic field in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion:
Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling.
Promote and sell skin care products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and therapeutic value of our products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
Meet or exceed sales targets, as per the agreed budgets and timeline.
Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and discuss future targets with the direct sales manager.
Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
- Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with doctors and KOL through regular visits, meetings, and communication.
Provide tailored product information and educational resources to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals and their patients.
Act as a trusted advisor, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to support optimal patient care.
- Market Intelligence:
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify opportunities and challenges within the skin care market.
Report feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance, market trends, and customer needs to internal teams for strategic planning and product development.
- Training and Education:
Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and regulatory guidelines related to skin care products and healthcare practices.
Attend training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
- Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data using CRM software.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to management as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine or any other relevant field.
Certification in skincare or dermatology is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within dermatology or aesthetic clinics in the UAE.
Strong industry knowledge and understanding of skincare products and treatments.
Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
