📝 Hiring Position: Medical Coder

Job Description (Short & Clear):
• Review clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure coding compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
• Work closely with physicians and billing teams to clarify diagnoses and procedures.
• Support the revenue cycle by reducing denials and improving claim accuracy.

Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certified coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical coding (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of outpatient & inpatient coding guidelines.
