Directs, assigns, and delegates hospital nursing activities in assigned units under the leadership of the Chief Nursing Officer. Represents the Chief Nursing Officer in the entire scope of the Chief Nursing Officer’s responsibilities in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer.
