This full-time, on-site role requires a minimum of two years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with proven expertise in finance, insurance, actuarial science, and claims management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, possess excellent communication abilities, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations. You will be responsible for leading a team, developing strategies to optimize insurance performance and enhance patient satisfaction, and overseeing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) techniques, reconciliation processes, empanelment with insurance companies, and RIYATI integration.
