Requirements:– BLS– Post Graduate qualification in Nursing Management preferred.– Additionally 5+years of Managerial experience in the Nursing Department.– Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA).– Skills in Leadership and Management.– Ability to speak and write in English fluently.– Ability to speak and write in Arabic (Desirable)– Private hospital experience preferred.
