Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies using diverse sourcing channels.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team on best practices.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Oversee fair and efficient interview and selection processes.
- Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and evaluation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 8–10 years in HR/Recruitment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance
