Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Philips Ultra Sound Service Engineer to be located anywhere in UAE. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair of Philips Ultra Sound equipment on-site.

Qualifications

• Trained, certified and worked on Philips US systems for minimum of 7 Years
• Experience in troubleshooting, field service, and technical support
• First Time Right, least material consumption
• Service Contract/Part(s) Sales experiance
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in maintenance & repair of medical equipment
• Technical knowledge in Ultra Sound systems
• Customer escalation Management
• Quick Response and long-term resolution
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Having active UAE driving license – Preferrable
• Excellent diagnostics capabilities with proven record
• Completed US Philips certified trainings in EPIQ/Affiniti/iU/iE/CV/HD../Others
