👩⚕️ Role Summary:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead the assessment and treatment of complex cases, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine consultants, and rehabilitation teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for sports, orthopedic, surgical, and MSK patients.
- Deliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and interns.
- Contribute to clinical audits, service development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- DHA license or eligibility, DOH/MOH license is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
- Proven expertise in sports physiotherapy, orthopedic rehab, and MSK conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
