Role Description

We are hiring for PICU Specialist Doctor at Thumbay University Hospital, Ajman. The role involves providing advanced medical care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. This includes diagnosing and treating medical conditions, coordinating with a multidisciplinary medical team, creating individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standard of patient care. The PICU Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring patient progress, performing medical procedures, and communicating effectively with families to provide compassionate support during critical times.

Qualifications

• DM/Fellowship/ Board Certification or Equivalent in “Pediatric Critical Care”
• Valid medical license to practice in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven expertise in pediatric critical care, medical diagnosis, and advanced life support procedures
• Skills in patient management, including creating and overseeing treatment plans and ensuring patient safety
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with medical teams and providing compassionate support to patients’ families
• High level of clinical knowledge and experience in using advanced medical equipment and technologies
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on latest pediatric medical advancements and practices
