Role Description
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments using clinic software.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., DHA/MOH).
- Process patient registrations, insurance documents, and billing details.
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Monitor patient flow and inform clinicians of any schedule changes or delays.
- Support clinic operations with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and appointment systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
