Dispense and review medications in accordance with hospital policies and UAE regulations.
Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication reconciliation and therapeutic drug monitoring.
Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies.
Support physicians and nurses with drug information and formulary guidance.
Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and other quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Contribute to staff education and training programs related to pharmacotherapy.
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management and cost control.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Valid DHA license or eligibility for licensure in Dubai.
Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience (preferably in a tertiary care setting).
Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and hospital formulary systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
