DENTAL SALES EXECUTIVE – B2B SaaS (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

The Role
Join our founding sales team introducing world-first AI diagnostics to UAE’s dental market. You will:
Pioneer – Sell a category-defining product with zero direct competitors in UAE
Prospect private dental clinics, DSOs, and polyclinics across Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi
Demo our AI platform (in-clinic + virtual) to dentists and clinic owners
Close annual SaaS subscription contracts (AED 15K-50K ACV depending on clinic size)
Leverage your dental industry network to accelerate pipeline
Represent Yalha at AEEDC Dubai 2026 and local dental association events
Sales cycle: 30-60 days Target: 3-5 new clinics/month Market advantage: First-mover in UAE + world-first technology = no competitive objections
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidate profile:
Significant experience selling to dental clinics in UAE (equipment, imaging systems, software)
Track record with dental industry brands such as: Dentsply Sirona, 3M, Planmeca, Carestream, iTero, Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Henry Schein, or dental tech companies
Established relationships with dental decision-makers in Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi
Proactive sales approach with demonstrated success in outreach, demos, and closing deals
Fluent English required (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
Strong understanding of B2B solution selling and SaaS business models
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: AED 7,000/month
Commission: AED 4,000 per closed clinic contract (paid on signature, no clawback)
Target earnings: AED 20,000 – 35,000+ monthly for strong performers
Additional benefits:

Earnings examples: Close 4 clinics/month = Base 7K + Commission 16K = 23K AED Close 7 clinics/month = Base 7K + Commission 28K = 35K AED
