Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Manager based in Ajman. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate patient care services, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include managing and training clinical staff, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and promoting best medical practices. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high standards of patient care are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Clinical Operations and adept in managing healthcare processes and protocols
• Proficient in Training and developing clinical staff to maintain operational efficiency
• Knowledgeable in Home Care practices and patient-centered care delivery
• Familiarity with Medicine and clinical expertise relevant to patient care and treatment
• Proven experience in Quality Improvement to enhance operational and patient care outcomes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant clinical certifications and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is an advantage
