Moroccan Hammam Therapist

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.
• Provide a variety of high-quality spa treatments, with a focus on Moroccan hammams.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to tailor treatments to their specific needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and communal areas.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with hotel policies.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
• Proven expertise in performing Moroccan hammams and other traditional treatments.
• Relevant certifications in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
