𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Technical Support & Service Engineer – Biomedical Engineer

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Western Region, Saudi Arabia

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Maintain installed machines and equipment
• Test, calibrate, and operate demo machines
• Perform Preventive Maintenance Programs (PPM) per manufacturer guidelines
• Participate in demonstration activities
• Supervise machine delivery and coordination with hospital biomed departments
• Prepare and communicate pre-installation requirements
• Provide after-sales services and technical support
• Respond to service calls
• Plan and coordinate customer communications for PPM procedures
• Review service logs and documentation
• Execute workflow reporting procedures
• Sell and execute service contracts
• Generate and communicate sales leads to sales team

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Saudi Nationality ONLY
• A valid membership of SCE

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome up to 3 years of experience
• Specialized knowledge in respiratory devices preferred
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards
• Proficiency in biomedical instrumentation and equipment

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Dynamic and quick learning capacity
• Professional English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
• Microsoft Office 365 expertise
• Strong reporting capabilities

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
• Based in Jeddah covering Western Region and Southern Region
• Remote area coverage required
• Regular travel within designated regions
