Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing and executing hiring strategies, and strengthening employer branding. Daily tasks will include sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
- Expertise in Hiring strategies and Employer Branding
- Proficiency in Interviewing skills and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
