Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist at Ausome Development & Learning Center LLC, located in Sharjah. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy to individuals with speech, communication, and language disorders. Day-to-day tasks include assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed. The professional will engage with clients and their families to educate them about techniques that can improve communication and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications

Skills in Speech Therapy, and Speech
Experience in diagnosing and treating Dysphagia
Ability to manage and treat Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Relevant certification and licensure in speech therapy
Experience working with diverse populations, specifically children and young adults is a plus
MOH License
