
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our growing team. This role will be split between our pediatric rehabilitation center and a school-based project focused on early intervention. The ideal candidate will support children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges to help them thrive in both clinical and educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children with a variety of communication needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on each child’s needs
- Deliver one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions in the center and in school settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, psychologists, occupational therapists, and parents
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and provide input to support academic success
- Educate parents and caregivers on techniques to support communication development at home
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes regularly
- Contribute to awareness and screening campaigns organized by the center or the school
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing training or development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid license from the Department of Health (DoH Abu Dhabi) or eligible to obtain one
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in clinical or school settings
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and intervention strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Culturally sensitive and able to adapt approaches based on individual needs
- Collaborative, empathetic, and committed to child-centered care
