About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and strengthen our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare recruitment experience, the ability to manage junior recruiters, and thrive in a fast-paced project-based environment.Key Responsibilities and Requirements

* Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions
* Supervise and mentor junior Talent Acquisition specialists
* Manage recruitment for multiple projects simultaneously
* Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
* Coordinate with hiring managers to meet project staffing requirements
* Monitor recruitment performance and improve hiring processes
* Proven healthcare recruitment experience (required)
* Knowledge of the UAE Healthcare PQR required
* Experience managing or mentoring junior recruiters
* Ability to work under pressure in a project-based business environment
* Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
