Senior Manager – Client Services (Retail Media) | Majid Al Futtaim Retail | UAE

Role Purpose:

The Senior Manager – Client services is responsible for managing brand and agency relationships, driving media revenue through growth and ensuring delivery of high-performing, data led advertising solutions across our retail media ecosystem. Driving retail media revenues across our expanding markets; inclusive of KSA, EGY, KEN and QAT delivering best in class omni-channel campaigns.

The Senior Manager – Client Services is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client experience across the retail media network – Precision Media. Leading strategic advertiser relationships, owns commercial outcomes across our International expanding markets, client partners and acts as the senior escalation point for campaign delivery, performance and commercial partnership development.

Role Details:

Revenue & Commercial leadership

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across our growth markets portfolio of brand and agency partners.
  • Lead annual commercial planning, forecasts and JBP plans with key clients.
  • Drive growth through upsell and cross-sell across on-site, off-site, in-store and data-led retail media solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on go-to-market strategy, alignment with commercial/sourcing teams, digital leads and agency partners to align on strategy to deliver for the business.
  • Drive the continuous evolution of the retail media proposition, helping shape new formats and commercial opportunities.

Client Services & Partnership Management

  • Serve as the senior client lead for strategic accounts, ensuring best in class service experience
  • Build trusted long-term partnerships through consultative selling and proactive account management across monetisation leads for each country
  • Lead standardization and excellence for quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions and client team media planning and pitching.
  • Translate retail media network strategy into actionable client-level sales and service plans
  • Educate advertisers and agencies on retail media best practices and innovations
  • Support the launch and adoption of new media products, formats and capabilities
  • Ensure team media campaign delivery, delivered against agreed KPIs including ROAS, sales uplift, reach and incrementality

Minimum experience

  • 8-10+ years experience in client management, media sales or digital advertising.
  • Online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales experience with global and regional accounts
  • Must have significant success in media sales, with a specific focus on digital display from either retailer, publisher or media agency. (retail media experience highly desirable)
  • Experience selling audience targeting solutions
  • Experience in managing a high performing team
