The particular role you can be a part of is a Senior Executive – Human Capital within Dubai Holding Group Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support the delivery of people strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
• Manage employee relations matters, handling concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Drive employee engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
• Oversee and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate data and generating insights for improvement
• Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit interviews and process improvements
• Support the administration of employee pension schemes and provide guidance on benefits

About You:

Essential

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
• Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).
• Previous internship/training experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.
• UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a strong interest in developing within HR
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
