Scrub Nurse / Clinical Assistant – Orthopedics (Joints & Sports Medicine)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrub Nurse / Clinical Assistant to support our Orthopedic Joints & Sports Medicine division. The role involves assisting surgeons intra-operatively, supporting product evaluations, and ensuring seamless adoption of advanced orthopedic solutions across leading hospitals in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide scrub support in OT for orthopedic joint replacement and sports medicine procedures.
• Assist surgeons with instrumentation, implants, and devices during cases.
• Support product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations in hospitals.
• Act as a clinical resource for surgeons, nurses, and medical staff on product usage and safety.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
• Work closely with the sales and clinical application team to drive product adoption.
• Maintain accurate case support reports and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of OT experience in Orthopedics, Joints, or Sports Medicine.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, implants, and procedure protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to travel across UAE for case support.
• UAE Driving License Is preferred.
