Registered Nurse – Homecare
Location: Arjan, Dubai, UAE

Salary: 8,000- 10,000 aed per month (Dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Homecare Nurse to join our growing clinical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high quality patient care in patients’ homes and community settings, with strong hands on clinical skills and the ability to work independently. You will visit several patients each day in their homes to provide home care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient centered nursing care in home and community environments
- Perform advanced clinical procedures, including:
- Cannulation
- Central line care (PICC, Port, CVC)
- IV therapy administration
- Symptom management
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to care planning
- Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support patient education and promote best practice self care
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Must have active DHA licence as a Registered Nurse
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in community or homecare settings
• Strong clinical competency in:
- Cannula insertion
- Central line management
- IV therapy
- Symptom management
- Wound care
- BLS (required); ACLS (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Compassionate, professional, and patient focused approach
- Experience as a Manager desirable
