Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a strong clinical background, and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to OB Gyn patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluating patient needs.
OB & Gyn experience at least two years
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, reactions to treatments, and any changes in condition.
Educate patients and families on healthcare management and wellness.
Encourage family participation in the care process to promote a supportive environment for the women’s recovery
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in the treatment and care of patients.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
Assist in the preparation and management of medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from a recognized authority (DHA, HAAD, or MOH).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Skills:
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of medical procedures and standards of care.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Family Medicine is a plus.
Ability to communicate in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
