
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately as needed, maintaining a professional and friendly first impression.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage meeting room bookings as required.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Support the organization of office events, meetings, and workshops by arranging logistics and coordinating with staff.
- Assist with document filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Maintain basic employee records as needed and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Provide general support for office-wide communications and notices as directed by management.
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and manage shipment documentation as part of invoicing tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and approachable with a customer service mindset
