Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately as needed, maintaining a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage meeting room bookings as required.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Support the organization of office events, meetings, and workshops by arranging logistics and coordinating with staff.
  • Assist with document filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate office records.
  • Maintain basic employee records as needed and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Provide general support for office-wide communications and notices as directed by management.
  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, and manage shipment documentation as part of invoicing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and approachable with a customer service mindset
