Job Responsibilities:• Videography of interior and exterior shots of real estate properties, ensuring the use of proper equipment, lighting, and composition techniques.• Edit and retouch video’s to enhance their visual appeal and quality.• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.• Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their visual requirements and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.• Identify optimal shooting locations, angles, and lighting conditions to capture the essence of each property.• Provide clients with the final, edited videos within agreed-upon timelines.• Ensure the consistency and quality of all visual content produced, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
