Job Description

Responsibilities:

• – Oversee all physiotherapy services provided by the clinic, ensuring they meet established standards of care and regulatory requirements
• – Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency
• – Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation programs for complex cases
• – Lead, mentor, and train the physiotherapy staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• – Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create holistic care plans and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• – Review and approve treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on patient progress and clinical evidence
• – Conduct performance evaluations for the physiotherapy team, identifying areas for improvement and growth
• – Stay current with industry trends, research, and advancements in physiotherapy and related fields
• – Manage departmental budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective practices
• – Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field; additional qualifications in healthcare management or leadership is highly preferred
• Valid DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE
• Proven experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with a strong background in clinical management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a history of leading and developing successful teams
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities, along with proficiency in patient care practices
• Ability to engage with patients and their families to provide high-quality care and support
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures
• A pro-active and strategic approach to problem-solving and organizational management
