Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Dubai. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs, and create customized treatment plans to improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities include assisting patients with rehabilitation exercises, providing appropriate therapy interventions, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and principles, with knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
- Understanding of medical conditions and therapeutic treatments related to physical and occupational health
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Experience working with pediatric patients and addressing their unique therapy needs
- Relevant licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide patient-centered care
- Experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation field is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
