This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Medical District Sales Manager located in Ţanţā, with flexibility for remote work. The Medical District Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, manage client accounts, work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers. Regular travel within the assigned district will be required to meet clients, attend meetings, and ensure business objectives are met. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the medical devices industry is a plus

Proficiency in Medical Sales and understanding of healthcare-related products

Sales and Sales Effectiveness skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong Sales Management and leadership capabilities to guide and motivate teams

Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and making data-driven decisions

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Flexibility for travel within the region and adaptability to work in a hybrid environment
