About the Role

As a Junior Product Manager within a distributor environment, you will play a hybrid role combining clinical, commercial, and operational responsibilities. You will support the senior product manager in managing multiple international brands, liaising with principals, training sales teams, and ensuring successful product adoption across the orthopedic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product management activities for key orthopedic brands (arthroscopy systems, implants, sports medicine, etc.)
• Coordinate with international manufacturers on product updates, marketing materials, and training
• Assist in planning and executing product launches, clinical workshops, and surgeon onboarding sessions
• Deliver in-theatre support to surgeons and operating room staff during live procedures
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain product data sheets, stock forecasts, and pricing updates
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and logistics coordination for new product introductions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related medical/technical field
• 1–3 years’ experience in medical device support, product coordination, or OR-based clinical roles
• Knowledge of orthopedic surgery and arthroscopy procedures is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across internal teams and with global partners
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
