Job Description

Job Overview

The Healthcare Administrator and Patient Relationship Officer will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The role combines administrative efficiency with exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain patient satisfaction, handle inquiries, and support clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
  • Coordinate patient care plans, follow-ups, and appointments to enhance the continuity of care.
  • Address patient complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to streamline workflows and ensure efficient clinic operations.

Operational Support

  • Develop and implement processes to improve the patient journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Support the Clinic Director in operational planning and reporting.
  • Ensure the clinic complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, gather patient testimonials, and increase clinic visibility.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights into patient satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of patient relationship management and healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with clinic management software is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Canva, and UAE Healthcare management systems.
