As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a smooth, compassionate, and supportive healthcare journey.
Role Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As part of Wellxa’s growing medical team, you will provide virtual consultations via our telehealth platform and, when needed, support homecare services for patients across the UAE. You will play a vital role in offering evidence-based care, ensuring accurate diagnoses, and guiding patients through their health journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct teleconsultations with patients for a wide range of general medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, wellness advice, and chronic disease management.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results (with integrated home collection support).
- Collaborate with specialists, psychologists, nutritionists, and physiotherapists as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in Wellxa’s EMR system (NABIDH-compliant).
- Support the development of community health awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- DHA license/eligibility as General Practitioner in Dubai (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with technology and ability to adapt to telemedicine practices.
- Multilingual candidates (Arabic, English, Russian) preferred.
- A patient-centric approach, with empathy and professionalism at the core.
