The Facilities Manager shall assist the operational teams in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the works to ensure smooth operation of all Civil and MEP installations and associated equipment. He shall assist the team to ensure that all equipment is maintained to highest standards with minimum down time. He assists the Senior Facility Manager in ensuring that all aspects of the services are delivered to best practice standards in accordance with the requirements and terms of the Contract and manages the day-to-day activities of the FM Team.The Facility Manager will supervise specific tasks as requested by the Senior Manager and provide management support as needed to all program components and will be required to act as Senior Manager when needed.
