
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service support operations and ensure timely assistance to
the valuation team and clients
Coordinate with valuers, research, admin, and other departments to maintain an
efficient workflow.
Supervise support staff with site inspections, handling data collection,
verification and documentation.
Communicate with clients, agents, and stakeholders to obtain information and
resolve queries.
Ensure all processes and documentation follow company policies and RICS/IVS
standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience in operations, support services, or administrative roles.
Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of UAE locations is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
