Customer Service Representative ( Arabic / French )
Fluency in Arabic and French (spoken and written). English is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, email handling, typing). Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions in a professional manner. Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, call center, or reception is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills. Team player with a positive and professional approach.
