Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in various CSSD processes, including transportation, decontamination, cleanroom operations, dispatch, and sterile storage of RIMDs/RMDs, with an initial training period of 6 months.
Maintain workflow efficiency in the reprocessing of medical devices.
Collaborate effectively within a team to meet the needs of customers and patients while adhering to departmental guidelines.
Develop knowledge of the Quality Management System and assist in training and mentoring fellow technicians.
Demonstrate flexibility in staffing and scheduling as needed.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, performance appraisals, and departmental competencies.
Engage in ongoing professional development through educational opportunities.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or similar setting.
Must hold or be eligible for a DHA license.
