
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the operations manager
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of clinic staff
- Ensure smooth coordination between Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, and Front Desk teams
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory control
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and customer experience
- Monitor KPIs including patient retention, service quality, and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinic or healthcare management (aesthetic/wellness preferred)
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems
