
Job Description
Role Overview:
Behavioral Therapist supports individuals with autism and behavioral challenges by implementing therapy plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves data collection, behavior support, and one-on-one client interaction in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Conducts behavior assessments for children using play-based observations, caregiver interviews, and structured tools.
- Designs and delivers individualized behavior therapy plans to support developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs in children.
- Implements evidence-based interventions in coordination with families, caregivers, and educational staff.
- Interprets behavioral data and developmental history to guide therapy goals and strategies.
- Provides direct clinical care to children and supports other pediatric cases requiring advanced behavioral interventions.
Qualifications
- Registered Behaviour Technician License (BACB) or other recognized international registration board.
- Bachelor in Behavioural Analysis or equivalent.Master’s degree preferred.
- Not less than 3 years providing Behaviour therapy for children and young adults.
